Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be sure of your choice. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel, write to us as soon as possible. We can usually stop an order before it leaves our atelier, within one to two business days of ordering.

Return window

You have fourteen days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Condition

Pieces should be unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

Write to us through our contact page with your order number. We will share the return address and the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within five to ten business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size or colour, let us know when you start your return. Exchanges depend on availability.

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged by you, unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect. In that case we cover it.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once opened.
