To help us answer faster

• Include your order number if your question is about an order
• For a fit question, tell us the piece and your usual size
• For anything damaged or incorrect, attach a photo

Where to find us

Our atelier is in Alcântara, Lisbon, at Rua Fradesso da Silveira 4, 1300-609 Lisboa, Portugal. It is a working studio rather than a shop, so we do not keep opening hours for visitors, and returns should only be sent after we have confirmed the address with you.

Please do not send returns to us before getting in touch. A quick email first means we can watch for your parcel and refund you faster.
