Where we ship
We dispatch from Lisbon to twelve countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Madeira and the Azores are included at the same rate as mainland Portugal. You can see the full list in the country selector at the top of any page.

The same rate applies to every country we deliver to. It is confirmed at checkout before you pay, and there is nothing to add afterwards.
Delivery times
We prepare and pack orders within one to two business days. Transit time after that depends on where you are.

Carriers & tracking
CTT Expresso carries orders within Portugal, and DPD or GLS across the rest of the European Union. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. Where your carrier offers pickup points or parcel lockers, you can choose one at checkout.
Duties & taxes
Prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country, so the amount shown is the amount you pay. Because we dispatch from Portugal and deliver only within the European Union, your order never leaves the EU customs union: there are no duties, no import VAT and no handling fees on delivery. Madeira and the Azores have their own lower VAT rates, applied automatically at checkout.
Packaging
We pack in recyclable paper and card, with no plastic film and no excess. Enough to protect your pieces, and nothing more.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and may shift slightly around public holidays and in the weeks before Christmas.
