Who we are
Stilo is a slow-fashion label based in Lisbon, Portugal, with its atelier at Rua Fradesso da Silveira 4, 1300-609 Lisboa, Portugal. You can reach us at hello@wearstilo.com.
Products & prices
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Because screens differ, colours may vary slightly from what you see. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. Prices may change over time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs, and in that case we refund any payment in full.
Delivery
We deliver to the European Union countries listed on our shipping page, at the rates set out there. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier hands them over.
Returns & guarantee
You have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal, and new goods carry a three-year legal guarantee under Portuguese law. How to use either is set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms and does not limit your legal rights.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including images, text and design, belongs to Stilo and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Liability
We take care to describe and deliver our pieces accurately. To the extent permitted by law, Stilo is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Lisbon, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live, or to refer a complaint to a Portuguese consumer arbitration centre.
