Orders

Once placed, orders are prepared within one to two business days. To change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as possible; we can help before it leaves our atelier.

Shipping

We ship across the European Union, with prices shown in euro. Delivery usually takes three to six business days after dispatch. More detail is on our shipping page.

Returns

You have fourteen days from delivery to return an unworn piece with its tags attached. Our returns page explains the steps.

Sizing and fit

Our cuts are relaxed and made to sit softly. Each product page lists the fit, material and measurements to help you choose.

Materials and care

We work with linen, organic cotton, wool and Tencel. Care instructions are on every product. Linen may soften and relax slightly after the first wash, which is part of how it wears.

Where our pieces are made

Stilo is designed in Istanbul and sewn in our Kurtuluş atelier, using fabrics from Portugal and Denizli.
